I love the quality of the supplements in this set! The multivitamin softgels don't upset my stomach, unlike many hard tablet vitamins. The magnesium and iron don't give me constipation or diarrhea either, unlike other forms I've tried. This magnesium is really good -- I sleep better and feel more relaxed. And the boron got my hot flashes under control -- I could hardly believe that a mineral could do that!
